The KitchenAid silicone spatula turner is one of the most versatile and useful kitchen utensils that you will ever need. Because it's the type of item that you will use on a regular basis. I use mine at least once a day cooking on my ceramic glass-top range. Everything I prepare with it comes out fantastic and never sticks and in fact I use even less butter and oil which makes for healtheir cooking, too. And this spatula even makes cooking more fun(ctional) because there is less of a mess and practically no sticking. It can even be used in the oven (up to 500 degrees), not to mention on the stovetop as you're frying or sauteing. The main reason that I got it though is to use it on my enamel cast iron cookware and it works absolutely marvelously on this. It's also very solid and constructed with an ergonomic handle. The entire instrument is somewhat oversized and has a very nice feeling in my hand because I know it's not going to slip or go anywhere like inferior utensils often do. It's dishwasher safe as well. It's distributed under a license from KitchenAid by Lifetime Brands (the same company that makes the timeless ceramic Pfaltzgraff dinnerware) and comes with KitchenAid's no-hassle one year warranty. I recommend this to anyone who is cooking at home more often or to anyone who has expensive high-quality cookware that they want to keep beautiful and functional for years.
