Excellent scissors. They are sharp, well constructed and the variety of the assortment was handy. We gave sets away to the kids teachers. They loved them. This set contains every size a household can possibly need. This is a KitchenAid Set of 5 Kitchen Shears. They are sharp and cut cleanly. My favorite is the flower cutter, which has a spring and a latch. All the rest of them are perfect for their design. Poultry is only one use. The bent shears are perfect for opening Amazon cartons. The other type is perfect for cutting burrs off a dog's paws. In my life, I've never had access to quality scissors. You will never again get a bargain like this.
