I love this timer...its easy to use and looks really great with my kitchenaid mixer. Very loud beep and as far as the other review.... it will reset to the previous time you put in... she just didnt read the directions (which are very nicely placed on the bottom of the unit)!!!! All you do is press and hold the start button when the timer is NOT blinking for about 3 seconds. Best timer I have ever owned and goes really great with my kitchen!!! Definatly something every cook should have!
