Customer Review: Does that it says, slices a little thick

Like previous reviewers have stated, this cheese slicer makes cutting effortless. Only thing that I wish is that the slices were thinner, because the cheese slices turn out to be about 1/6 of an inch, which is a lot thicker than I prefer.

KitchenAid Professional Series Cheese SlicerThis versatile cheese slicer glides through hard or semi-soft cheeses with ease and makes light work of creating cheese trays or hors d?oeuvres for a party. The slicer measures 7-3/4 inches from head to handle?s end and has a thick plastic handle with stainless-steel accents for more controlled movements. The head of the slicer has a 4-inch-wide wire and roller made of heavy-duty stainless steel, which is less likely to snap under pressure when cutting through heavier cheeses.
