I bought this product after reading Consumer reports reviews (this is a cr best buy), and customer reviews both from CR and Amazon. I have not been disappointed! The product is fun and easy to use, attractive, and versatile. It's fairly easy to figure out how to get it to do what you want it to, and we've given it everything from leeks, to eggplant, to ginger, onion and garlic. The spatula that comes with it really is a great fit, and overall the product is easy to clean. Only had it a month or so, but so far, so good, and no complaints.Customer Review: Easy to Use

I've owned a competitor's (Cuisinart) processor for many years, and finally replaced it out of frustration with the safety interlock system which made it very difficult for me to use. The Kitchenaid processor is MUCH better designed and is easier to use and a snap to take apart and clean.It's small enough to leave out on the counter. The pieces are dishwasher compatible. Since our kids have moved away, I decided that the 7-cup was just fine for the two of us. My only complaint (voiced by others) is that the blade selection is limited to what comes with the machine for this Kitchenaid processor (which is why I've just given it a 4-star rating). The mini-bowl is something my other processor didn't have; it's great for those quick, small jobs and is also very easy to put in place and clean.Customer Review: awesome awesome awesome!
