Customer Review: I really like this burr grinder! (READ the MANUAL!)

We received this grinder as a wedding gift, and we have loved our coffee since we deployed this machine! It is *very important* to READ THE MANUAL, otherwise it would be easy to have problems. For example, there is a flap over the spout from which the ground coffee emerges, and one's instinct is to open that flap prior to grinding, However, it clearly states in the manual that the flap stays closed during operation, and indeed, the machine is engineered so well that the emerging ground coffee places just the right amount of pressure on the flap to allow the coffee grounds to flow out through the flap and into the provided measuring cup. It's beautiful to watch.
We'll see if I eventually have problems with the burr mechanism, as one other reviewer had. I don't believe I've been using the machine long enough to encounter such a problem yet.
