This is an excellent rolling pin. It really is a huge step up from the classic wooden rolling pin. With this rolling pin, no dough sticks to the rolling pin. The handles are wide and comfortable to use. After a friend of ours was helping out in the kitchen and used this rolling pin, I had to buy one for her too.
This rolling pin goes great with the the Slipat baking mat.
