Customer Review: Great mixer for first time user

I purchased this mixer at a black-friday sale and have had it for about one week. I have used it for cookie dough, bread dough and frosting so far. I like it a lot!
The first day I had it, I had to adjust the bowl height because the beater was hitting the bowl. Unfortunately, in my exuberance, I over adjusted and the tiny screw fell into the machine. Thankfully it came out at the bottom when I shook the machine. I contacted customer service for help and they were willing to send me an entirely new machine at no extra cost! While I was "chatting" online w/ the customer rep, my spouse was able to quickly unscrew the machine and re-insert the screw so we told them never mind, but thank you! That was excellent customer service, in my opinion.
I ordered attachments for this and they fit, so hopefully this will help anyone looking for the correct size :
