FOR QUITE A LONG TIME I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A GOOD JAR OPENER. IT IS AMAZING THAT THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE EVEN IN FINE COOK WARE ESTABLISHMENTS. IN FRUSTRATION I LOOKED ON AMAZON. THE KITCHENAID JAR OPENER IS WELL MADE SOME I HAVE HAD HAVE BENT UNDER THE PRESSURE OF ATTEMPTING TO OPEN A BOTTLE. THIS ONE WILL MATCH UP AGAINST ANY BOTTLE. VERY DURABLE.
