Customer Review: Great pan for the price. BAD packing.

This is my second 12" Kitchen Aid pan, I also have the smaller version. I like the weight of this pan and the price.Follow the directions to make the pan last- medium heat. The packing was awful- a gigantic box with brown paper on top. The pan must have bounced around a lot- it is off-round, more oval shaped on one side. The handle was sticking out of a hole in the box. If I had been home when it was delivered, I might not have accepted it.
