With an interior of durable, three-layer nonstick, this classic, slope-sided, 12-inch skillet is perfect for low-fat frying, sautéing chanterelle mushrooms, or stir-frying pad thai and then having an easy cleanup. The stylish exterior is brushed stainless steel with an accent band below the rim polished to a mirror finish. Because the stainless steel is 18/10-grade, the band retains its luster through repeated use and the exterior resists scratching, corrosion, and discoloring. A thick aluminum disk is fully encapsulated within the stainless steel in the skillet's bottom to conduct heat quickly and evenly. The stick and helper handles are double-riveted for strength, synthetic to stay cool on the stovetop, and oven-safe to 350 degrees F. The skillet should be hand washed to prolong the life of the nonstick interior and carries a lifetime warranty against defects.
