Overall excellent pan... fairly even heating for such a large pan and without the killer, cancer causing teflon. I have been using it for quite some time now and it still cleans easily and holds its awe-inspiring sheen. I know in this economy who has the money for this pan, but it may just be the last pan you ever have to buy.
