Another blue KA tool I like. It feels like I'm painting the turkey. Once you get by the initial shedding this will work nicely. I wonder if it stains with red sauces though? Hope not.

The sturdy, ergonomically designed handle makes basting a pleasure. As for all that melted butter, or egg wash? A trip through the dishwasher takes care of all that.The nylon bristles on this heavy, sturdy European-style tool baste meats, poultry, and seafood and apply marinades. The brush has a stylish, enamel-like handle, with accent bands of 18/8 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish, and is dishwasher-safe. The brush handle is shaped for a firm grip, is weighty enough to provide control, and has a hole to facilitate hanging on a hook or peg. The bristles are 2-1/4 inches long and 1-1/2 inches wide. Overall, the brush measures 9-3/4 inches long. KitchenAid says the first year of the lifetime warranty against defects is hassle-free; the company will ship a replacement at no cost and without question if a defect is detected. --Fred Brack
