Customer Review: Another Quality Kitchenaid Baking Necessity!

I ordered this scraper so that I could take advantage of Amazon's $25 off special. It was almost like getting this item "free" so I didn't think I had much to lose. Instead, I gained a handy, dandy baking tool. This scraper is sturdy, cleans up easily, and is great for cutting yeast doughs without tearing the gluten strands. The 1/2" markings on the blade would have been a nice extra since they save having to guess when directions call for specific sized pieces. However, the markings washed off the first time I scrubbed this scraper with a rough pad. Nevertheless, that didn't warrant downgrading this quality item. I'll continue to add to my Kitchenaid gadgets; so far, they are all winners.
