Customer Review: Only One Problem

It's typical measuring spoons. They do the job. The only complaint I have is that the ring lets some of the measuring spoons loose. I like my measuring spoons to stay on the ring. There is a gap that lets the spoons come off. Some people like this but I don't. Other than that, I have no complaints. The construction of the spoons are good and the measurements are clear to read. I would buy them again (and not only because I have a Kitchen Aid kitchen and wanted everything to match).

These measuring spoons are made out of high impact resistant ABS plastic, able to withstand the abuse most kitchens can dish out. They all stay together on a ring, which can hang for convenience.Blessed with large, easy-to-read markings, the five measuring spoons in this set make any cook's work easier. They're permanently secured by a solid ring, are sturdily made of thick, white plastic, and are dishwasher-safe. The spoons accurately measure 1/4-teaspoon, 1/2-teaspoon, 1-teaspoon, 1/2-tablespoon, and 1-tablespoon amounts. Their handles are slightly curved, making it easier to obtain level measurements in the proper wrist position. KitchenAid says the first year of the spoons' lifetime warranty against defects is hassle-free; the company will ship a replacement at no cost and without question if a defect is detected. --Fred Brack
