Customer Review: Best paring knife I've ever owned

This knife is by far the best paring knife I've ever used. A few passes
on the steel and it's almost razor sharp. Holds its edge for a long while. Peeling onions, potatoes and quartering them is a breeze. I purchased their Santuku knife along with this one as a pair. The Santuku stands up to the cutting and chopping chores with ease. Both knives are a good buy. You can't go wrong with either one. I usually pass them across the steel just before putting them away. An excellent buy.

Use this KitchenAid Professional 3.5- inch Parer knife for carving vegetables, peeling onions and all of those other small intricate tasks. The handle is made from Dupont Delrin and has a comfortable grip with a fully contoured handle, which is easy on the hand with a rounded soft blade back. The blade is made from high-carbon stainless steel and the knife has proper balance and control with full tang construction. Also available in red.Paring Knives
