nice handle, good price. I have 2 henckels paring knives, a Victorinox (that I don't use) and an OXO that didn't keep a sharp blade and the handle is sticky. Didn;t want to spend [...] for another henckels but also didn't want a ceramic knife in pink or orange. Read the reviews for KitchenAid and have been pleased with the results. Althogh the blade has warning that it is flexible, I have not found that to be the case. Nice handle with tang that appears to go all the way from tip to butt.

Snapped the OXO knife blade to get it out of circulation.
